Zirconia
& Titania Trap-Column
Glygen
offers unique trap-columns for pre-purification of peptides. These
trap columns can be joined in a series to get the multiple effect of
chromatographic separation.
These trap columns are available in the 10 x 0.380 mm size. Other
sizes will be available soon. Trap columns are made of PEEK. The
operating pressure is up to 5000 psi. They can be attached directly as
a pre column or in the multi-port column-switching valve. Each trap
column contains about 1 ul of chromatographic bed (that means about
0.5 to 2 mg of chromatographic media depending on the density of the
media). This trap column can be attached to any HPLC system by using
normal 10-32 fittings.
